It is also a good idea to have a routine maintenance package performed by Flawless Roofing throughout the year to ensure that metal flashings are not damaged by wind as well as ensure that drains are fully functional and not plugged with debris.

The installation of an EPDM rooftop can provide both commercial and residential homeowner with peace of mind as it is not only certified by a warranty, but also offers exceptional protection against weathering. The synesthetic rubber membrane is available in a variety of colours and sizes including 50’x100’ for larger commercial rooftops.

Flawless Roofing is pleased to announce the use of a NEW product in addition to EPDM. This product is known as RC 2000 and is a unique rubber coating that is sprayed on the roof top to offer extremely effective protection and reduce costly re-applications. It is thermally stable and resists cracking and peeling due to weather extremes. Due to the nature of this product, it can be applied during colder seasons if need be. In addition, RC 2000 has excellent corrosion resistance and long-term ultraviolet protection and can control rust bleeds even after years of service.
